1. Using sterile gloves, a Q-Tip, or a lip wand, apply a thin layer of gel over the incision, abrasion, and/or broken skin ensuring complete coverage. To ensure safety and efficacy, only apply according to these manufacturer’s instructions.

2. Allow numbing agent to penetrate epidermal layer of skin for 5-7 minutes. To enhance penetration and absorption of the numbing agent, cover the area with a protective barrier.

3. Carefully remove the numbing agent using a clean damp cloth or wipes.

4. You may assess the level of numbness by testing sensitivity on a small are of the skin. If additional numbing is required, a second application may be considered, adhering to safety guidelines and manufacturing instructions.

5. Once the area is sensationless, proceed service application as per your standard protocol.

6. Monitor for any adverse reactions or allergies to the numbing agent.
