Zuri opened Artistry By Zuri and 2016 and trailblazed the PMU industry. Upon entry into the industry, there did not exist an Institute that focused on PMU at the cellular level in order to improve healed work. As a result, Zuri branded and created the ONLY institute of art and science in the industry. To expand the work of the Institute, Zuri founded PMUCon as an online scientific forum to advanced the healed work of women of color in 2020, with the first conferencing in 2022. PMUCon is the only conference that hype-focuses on the science of PMU in those of color. Zuni's message of Art and Science has been recognized worldwide and Zuri has been featured in/ on Essence magazine, BET Plus, Forward Times, Daily Talk TV, Defender Network, ENSPIRE, Hustle and Soul, and 97.9 to name a few with PMUCon recently featured in Afro Tech and Yahoo News!
